To provide PulseDesk, Londonist Yazılım ve Teknolojileri A.Ş. uses the third-party service providers below. Each may process customer personal data only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement with data protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor.

Services we run ourselves
The following parts of PulseDesk run on our own servers in the United Kingdom and do not involve another processor: the web dashboard and API, the desktop application update service, transactional email (invitations, password resets, reports), chat and real-time connections, and audio/video calls and meetings (operated on our own LiveKit server).
Content loaded by your browser
Some dashboard pages display icons of the applications and websites in a person's activity, which the browser loads from public icon services, and owners who open the location map load map images from OpenStreetMap. These services receive the technical information that comes with any image request (such as the IP address), but no PulseDesk data is sent to them by us.
